The state , therefore , had the right of making secular laws and it followed the principle that , along with the common cultural and social life which the Hindu religion wanted to promote throughout the country , the various regional cultures and social institutions should also be recognised and given the same legal status as the dominant strand of Hindu culture . इसलिए राज़्य को धर्मनिरपेक्षता के कानून बनाने का Zअधिकार था और वह इस सिद्धांत का पालन करता था कि समान सांस्कृतिक और सामाजिक जीवन के साथ , जो हिंदू धर्म संपूर्ण देश में प्रवर्तित करना चाहता था , विभिन्न क्षेत्रीय संस्कृतियों तथा सामाजिक प्रथाओं को मान्यता दी जानी चाहिए और वही वैधानिक दर्जा दिया जाना चाहिए जैसाकि हिंदू संस्कृति का प्रभावी तत्व है .
